Linux Support

Ok, so, Linux just decided that "everything has an update, right now" I literally just updated 5 minutes ago, and suddenly every single program has an update at once. What? Is it National Linux Update day? It better be, because Linux support for Dognet, today. Right now. No Mac support though because I don't have a Mac, and I'm not setting up docker to support a closed source system, that it likely won't even work on.

Also, this was not intentional on my part, it just took a while to add Linux support because apparently, it's called "python" on Windows, but Linux has to be more specific and call it "Python3"

That was fun to fix.
