Version 2.0 of DoggyPC OS

OK OK! BIG UPDATE! And first Devlog.

BUT THIS IS EPIC!

So I got some help from someone else on making this and made something epic. New system entirely. You can now have multiple windows open at once! But all of the games were removed. BUT! They will be added back along with some more games! :)

Plus MacOS is now supported!
